All this week Granny Jean and Tom were here from England. They’re my daddy’s folks and this was the first time they’ve seen me.
We did all the usual tourist visits and, being almost from the most northerly point in Ireland, we had to take them there. It was during the daytime with some not-so-bad weather. Apparently, there’s been some great shows of the Northern Lights here too, but we didn’t see them yet!
This is a photo of the view towards the west from Bamba’s Crown on Malin Head – absolutely the most northerly point in mainland Ireland.
